Class 10: F1 With/Without Underpants


Scalextric (Hornby) ready-to-race 1/32 slot cars of the period from 1976-1986 representing Formula 1 cars of the same era. These were either two-part cars with a separate body and underpan(t!), or a single piece monocoque clamshell body without underpan(t)s.


No modifications permitted from OEM specification except free choice of guide provided that no chassis modifications are required for fitment. Both Johnson and Mabuchi motors permitted as fitted to the cars at the factory in period. Where fitted, traction magnet must be removed. Weight may be positioned in the chassis if it is not visible from outside the car. Car may be repainted. Tyres may be replaced with Ortmann or other modern rubber tyres.
